How do I join Esso Smiles Program ?
Simply pick up a registration form with an Esso Smiles Card at any participating Esso branded service stations and subscribe via website www.essosmiles.com/th-en
or connect Line @EssoThailand.
Complete the form and submit it at any participating Esso branded service stations. You can use the card instantly to start earning points. All mandatory details on the registration form must be completed to activate the card in the system before redemption.
will my Esso Smiles Points expire ?
Esso Smiles points never expire. As long as you continue to earn points at least once within a 12 month period.
Can I combine my Esso Smiles Points with those of my spouse/friends/relatives to redeem a reward ?
No. Esso Smiles Points on different Esso Smiles Cards cannot be combined for redemption.
Card replacement and member's information update
What should I do if my card is damaged/stolen/lost ?
You should report it immediately to the Esso Smiles customer service centre at 02-631-9999 to avoid anyone from using your Esso Smiles Points. Once reported, your card will be immediately blocked and cannot be used for redemption. To get a new replacement Esso Smiles Card, just visit any participating Esso service stations and contact Esso Smiles customer service centre to request for transfer of the Esso Smiles Points from your damaged/stolen/lost card to your new card. The company at its own discretion shall have the right to approve or not approve for such transfer request.
How do I inform you of my change of contact or other details ?
Simply update your details via website www.essosmiles.com/th-en
or pick up a Esso Smiles Customer Request Form at any participating Esso service stations and submit the complete signed form to staffs at our service station or fax the complete signed form to the Esso Smiles customer service centre at fax no. 02-631-9999. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for us to update the information in our system.
